Booking Deposit
A minimum non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount will be confirmed during the booking process and must be paid via bank transfer only.

Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due in full before the journey begins. Deposits are deducted from the total fee.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Responsibility for Damages and Vehicle Respect
We ask that all clients treat the vehicle with care and respect throughout the booking. While we understand that accidents can happen, any damage - whether accidental OR due to misused caused by you or your guests may result in repair or cleaning charges. This includes damage to seats, interior fixtures, TV, upholstery, spills, stains, or burns.

In cases of significant damage or repeated issues, DXG Privé reserves the right to decline future bookings. Where necessary, unpaid charges may be pursued through formal collection or legal means.
Lateness Policy
A 10-minute grace period is provided. After this, a £2 per minute charge. Clients arriving more than 45 minutes late risk having their booking shortened or cancelled at the discretion of DXG Privé. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Cleaning Charges
If the vehicle is left in a dirty condition, a cleaning fee will be charged. The amount will depend on the extent of cleaning required, with a minimum fee applicable in certain cases.
Behaviour and Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy policy for abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour toward our drivers and staff. This applies to both clients and any guests. If such behaviour occurs, the driver reserves the right to terminate the trip immediately, and no refund will be issued.
Smoking Policy
Smoking (including vaping) is allowed in the vehicle for an additional fee, confirmed at the time of booking. Please note that any burns, stains, or strong lingering odours may result in an on-the-spot cleaning or damage fee.
